I am proud to be the Head Teacher of Daylesford Academy. It is a caring schoo­l where staff understand the difficulties the pupils have accessing education. Pupils are encouraged to believe in their abilities in order to overcome their barriers to learning. The Pupils are at the heart of every decision we make, aiming to ensure they are happy and confident learners so they achieve academically, socially and emotionally.

At Daylesford Academy we believe that pupils should be curious about their learning. Our intent is to implement a curriculum that has a positive impact on pupils’ learning. Staff have worked hard to ensure that it will foster a passion for learning, where individual talents can be nurtured and knowledge retained.
